Deon Venter's exhibition of new paintings is an exploration and deconstruction of da Vinci's Last Supper and Rembrandt's Slaughtered Ox. These highly textural paintings, comprised of layers of unconventional raw materials, use bar codes and codified grid system to represent perspective and flatten the composition.
