Judy Cheng

A self-taught painter, Judy Cheng is a young artist with a natural talent.  She took up painting three years ago as result of the encouragement of local great Gordon Smith.  Her landscapes provide a crisp view of the Canadian winter scene, and the quality of her brushstrokes is matched by few and far between.     Of painting, Judy says: "You begin to see beyond the subject and color, and evenutally you just allow the paint to move you.  Painting has given me a different perspective of looking at your surroundings. I see art in everything and it inspires me to continue to create, experience and enjoy."
